Default Timing belt in h22a1 loose

customer states that timing belt is loose. checked and it is...but the auto tensioner is for the balance shaft and the adjustment nut is for the timing balance belt. customer has all new belts installed.....i need to know how to tighten the timing belt itself.

is this a 4th or 5th gen prelude? If its a 5th gen the timming belt is adjusted automatically. If the timming belt is loose its a bad auto tensioner. The bolt you are refering to tightens the balancer shaft belt, assuming this is a 5th gen.

whoops, didnt see the H22a1. It has an auto tensioner. There is not way to adjust the belt like a h23.
