Default 02 civic won't start when parked on hill

I just bought a 2002 Honda Civic, when the gas is less than half a tank and I am parked on a hill, the car won't start. I have to put in neutral and roll to a level place and then it starts. The dealer has had the car for 5 days and cannot get this condition to repeat. They say everthing is working fine. It has happened to me several times. Any ideas?

Weird, i thought fuel pickups were located in the rear of the gas tank. Sadly, its probably gunna be expensive to fix, playing around with the fuel tank aint cheap

Just leave it with more gas in the car. A lot of people had this issue, its a design problem, not just your car.

Nothing, I got it back from the dealer because they cannot find anything wrong with it.
