the clutch is disengaging because when i start it in a gear i can drive it in that gear u can feel it engage and i used lucas gear oil witch i think might be the problem

yea but if it was the cable would the clutch not disengage at all because it disengages just fine because when i start the car when its in a gear it does not jump if it was the cable and the clutch didnt disengage it would jump
Honda transmissions do not use GEAR OIL. It will burn up the gears as it is too thick. Drain that out and use OEM HONDA MTF. We have a pallet of transmissions that are burned up internally from people using the wrong fluid.

Good luck
Its common for people to use gear oil...yes it will work...but, only a matter of time before you start to have problems
Honda MTF is the best way to go and the most fail safe
