what are your spring rates?

how old are the bushigns on your car? original? what about the balljoints? what about your rear trailing arm bushing; is that intact?

did you get koni specific ground control sleeves?

and you didnt try to use the stock dust covers right?

clunking would not be an issue of bumpstops.

then you probably have balljoint and/or steering rack issues.

so look under your car and tell us what you find. thanks.

get under the car, grab the inner tie rod and shake.

i dont care what it looks like.

you need to move the suspension.

You could get higher springs rates for the GC's and extended top hats to improve the shock travel for the Koni's. Although, it would be much easier to just not lower your car down that far, but hey it's a personal preference and all.

whats the point of shock travel if other things, like upper control arms, are going to bottom out at such 'low' ride heights?

I have the same problem.....HOWEVER, ride height is fine (I do not ride dumped)

Could be a steering rack problem, but I replaced ALL tie-rods (inner&outer) last month.

Could the rack be bad? It is a '93........

Bushings are ALL new.....I dunno, car feels "icky".
