Default What's the point in working on my car anymore...

I drive an 85 Accord hatch, 92K miles, recent regular tune ups (batteries, water pump, tranny, etc). No major damage and a few rust. Car is primered though and the rust is eating it out for some odd reason. My father tells me to keep the tires pumped, check oil, etc. which I have been doing ever since I started driving this car handed down by them. Seeing that there are no airbags, no torque power AT ALL and I'm not getting past 55mph on the freeway. How much can I sell this for? Thinking maybe around $600-$900? It's enough to get from point A to point B.

Isn't it about time I move to a much more safer and reliable car and updated? I think so.

Problem is, I dont know how much I can sell it for though. I'll try and get pics up later. But are there actually people out there that buy the 2nd gen hatchback accords nowadays?
