Best Suspension setup
im wanting a pretty stiff, rear i want to get into autocross and such
I already have ASR subframe Brace, ST, rear sway Bar, and i have Omni LCA on order. i havnt picked out a suspension yet, but im willing to mix n match or w/e i have to. ive heard koni yellow, and GC was a pretty decent affordable set up, but i have also been looking at omni and skunk2 full coilovers. what is the best.

Anything full coil over, is going to be better then a spring and strut/shock system. While struts/shocks with sleeve coils work good for lowering a car, they don't neccessarily do the work you're wanting them to do. I suggest a coilover that is not only Height adjustable but also dampening adjustable. I'm actually new, looking into buying a honda, so I can't unfortunately give you a good product. But this is basics for any car platform, hope this helps with your decision.

In what way does the Ground Control 'sleeve-type adjustable coilover' not do the work anyone would want them to? There is no functional difference between a threaded sleeve and a threaded shock body; they both serve purpose to adjust the height of the spring. What makes a 'full' coilover any different in function to adjust height than a shock/damper and sleeve setup? None. One happens to look fancy. The term 'full-coilover' 'true' is very misused and misunderstood; any spring over a shock/damper is a coilover, hence the term coil-over-damper/shock.
Koni sport 'yellow' shocks are used by many NASA and SCCA racers here on this board with great results (many run them with the better 'race' SPSS3 valving). They also pair these rebound adjustable dampers with Ground Control adjustable height coilover sleeves with custom rate Eibach 'ERS' springs. Koni makes a find line of dampers starting from the sports, to the 3011/12, to the uber custom 2812. Koni Sport 'yellow' are rebound damping adjustable.
