Default Rear disk brake swap

I'm gonna be buying a 94 civic ex with drum brakes in the rear. My question is, can i swap over the disk brakes from my 91 crx si? Also, can i swap over the wheel hub bearings since the ones on the civic are going bad and making a horrible vibrating sound.

Umm, sry to ask so many q's, but will the neuspeed springs i have on my rex move over to the civic? The civic has dropzones that are over 2 inches of drop and i want to prolong the life of the shocks by bringing the ride height back up.

Sweet, are you sure about the springs, that's freakin awesome. I should be easier now if i can take the entire assembly including the hub over instead of moving the brakes over piece by piece.
