i was trying to clean my windows and all the sudden i heard a snap from in there and the whole arm became loose and wouldnt stay in place anymore, i have taken the column case off and looked at it and i cant see any problems on the outside, im not sure how the arm works so im guessing its on the inside. im thinking about taking it to a dealer or just to a local shop, i dont know wich would be cheaper. but if anyone knows what could have happened or if its possible to fix myself please
let me know.
