code 41 need help

code 41 is Primary oxygen sensor heater how do you fix this? where is this part located

That is part of the O2 sensor, and it is located on your exhaust somewhere, depending on what car it is, and if you have stock exhaust, it is probably on the exhaust manifold. It is probably a bad O2 sensor.
