Default Confused on Application

whats up h-t, i have been searching for about 3 months now for a d16y8 and havent had any luck, i totaled mine out in the summer and need a new engine, i keep finding jdm d15s which say 92-95 civic, is it possible to swap it into a 97 civic ex and what i need to do so, also i have searched, so regardless if i get any info thanks, and if i get flamed oh well. Also swapping in a b-series is outta the question, again thanks for any info

yes, you can use those motors, but you would have to convert from OBD2 to OBD1. PITA, just get a OBD2 motor. They shouldnt be that hard to find.
