Default Recomended GC spring Rate on Ek..?

Im going to be orderign soem ground control coilovers in a week or so, and i was wondering what spring rates for the front and rear would be best when almost tucking tire??

Granted my ride and handling will suck period, what spring rates are gonan give me the best ride?

Im opting for ground controls cuz my skunk 2's are way to stiff, and my buddies ground controlson his ej1 ride great even dumped!!

its all about preference, you may not like what someone else likes, just get off the shelf rates, or else talk to ground control and tell them what the majority of driving is, street quality, etc and let them figure out something for you.

i run 400 front and 375 rear, its not that stiff depending on how you have the shocks set. I'd say 400/400 is a good starting point if you want to barely tuck tires and minimize bottoming out.

I'm going to go stiffer however, 450 front and 475/500+ rear soon. I'll likely just switch the rear out for track days as this is my dd for right now.
