hey guys, just wanted to see what you think would be the best suspension set up for my 91 hatch.. right now its siting on H&R lowering springs with stock< blown> struts, the car is getting put away for the winter while i build the motor but at the same time i want a good solid suspension? any suggestions

What wheel gap and spring rate is appropriate for autocrossing? Don't want to say "best" because that's completely subjective? But how low is too low?
