i was trying to top it out...wont pass 125...gets up there quick but not beyond 125....i thought it was limited at 130-135...any ideas?

btw...would does hondata ecu raise the top speed?

I hit a buck 130 on 795

 

In canada it seems like we have a governor at 215 km/r cause i haven't gotten past that. So i think that is like 127 mph

the si will go to whatever. After around 130ish give or take, uphill, downhill, wind, you'll have to shift into 6th and then it will drop just out of vtec so it will take a while to get up there. i was able to hit 134 at the end of 5th on a flat surface by myself.

 

SI=slow... this is the only car i had that i cant get to 120 on one road by me...

 

I havent been past a 100 yet i have the stock all-seasons i average around 90 to work when i am running late and it sticks well but i prob wont push it past 115 until i get better tires.

 

i've had it up to 240kph how ever fast that is.....

 

132 fairly easy.

I got mine to 127-128 but ran out of room. I'm almost positive the SI will go as fast as it can til rev limit in 6th. If you can get enough room. I think its pretty nice for a 4cyl stock, but I did come from a v8 prior to this....

 

Ive had mine up to 138 and I know I could have went faster.

Popped VTEC off the showroom floor...

I've been to 135mph/217kmh easy before I was supercharged, but when shifting to 6th, with the wind, and being at 5500ft of altitude, there was just not enough power to push 6th gear any faster.

Got it on video too

how can i suck because the car didnt get to 120? the road isnt that long... my 2 subarus did my R does it , the SI gets to 100 ..
