Alright, EVERYONE NEEDS TO READ THIS
This car was sold on July 27th, 2006 to kid by the name of DJ Defosse or whatever his gay *** name is. Car was towed back to New Jersey by his gaurdians, I disclosed all info with him, letting him know there was a lein on this vehicle. He was aware that there was. Signed the title over to him, making note that there was a lein on this car. Car goes back to Jersey. I get a phone call from his mother next day, stating that they cancelled the certified cashiers check. Cash was already deposited into my account so I paid the lein off. Next day my account shown that is was -$x,000. They gave the money back to them. Car is still in Jersey. Mother tells me to come pick up the car. I told them no! They had to tow it back. (Keep in mind, what they did was illegal by cancelling a cashiers check. The check itself must be declared lost or stolen, which was neither.) Keep in mind too, that my civic was down in Jersey for ONE WEEK. In that week, there was damage done to it. There were miles put on the car that was not registered. Turbo manifold was cracked. I believe it needs to be re-tuned cuz it appears theres too much fuel going in there now. CV boot on the passenger side was also torn. Si badge was removed. So, what they did was considered Grand theft auto with damage to personal property. So, this is just clarification as to what its been through. Car needs to go cuz we had to take out another loan for the cars value. I'm debaiting on either selling the car with the turbo kit on or taking it off and leaving it just a bare b18b. Buyer has a choice. But like I said, it needs some TLC and looks like it needs to be tuned. I have no idea what he did to it within the week he has posession of my car
Shoot offers, NO LOWBALLERS. WILL NOT TOLERATE!!

yea, I remember we did talk about you buying it, but what happened is he came up, test drove it, brought a certified cashiers check, towed it back to jersey, kept the car there, cancelled the check and kept my car. What he did was illegal and I'm going to prolly take him to court.
still interested?!?

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by Dice21 »</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">i really was before. Mad sweet ride. so my question to u is why did u sign the title over before the check was cashed?</TD></TR></TABLE>
because with a certified cashiers check, it's basically cash in hand. We looked everything over and the check was correct. It had the name of the kids mother on the check and we verified the numbers on the check to make sure it was vaild. It was. So we signed over the title. The parents did not want to make a bill of sale because they basically wanted to cheat NJ out of taxes and everything. But when we got the title back when they brought my car back it had the signature of the kids mother on it, which makes it a vaild bill of sale. They had the intent on buying it so they signed it. But it wasn't technically theirs till the lein cleared. Due to me having to wait for the check to clear, the couldn't register the car cuz it wasn't theirs yet. So the mother lost all patience, of which by the way, I still have a voice mail saved to my phone with her bitching in my voicemail and stating that I sold her son a car in the false pretense that the car was of course mine, of which is wasn't ( Leinholder was American Honda Finance Corps. ) and I disclosed that with the kid and father and friend when they came to pick up the car, and it clearly states that there is a lein on the title with it being so right on the title where it says Leinholder. So she in turn, lost patience after ONE DAY of having the car and cancelled the check (wrongfully)(illegally) and stated for ME to drive down to New Jersey to pick up my car! I told her hell no. So we called the NYS police and had them contact Donna West ( DJ's mother ) and forwarned her that if the vehicle wasn't returned by the following saturday that they would be arrested. So it finally came to my house at 9pm at night that saturday (how thoughtful to do everything at night) The NYS police filed a report on everything. So now I'm waiting to hear input from 3 attornies, one of which is my college professor for state and local government. So you can tell what kind of **** I went through from the end of july and almost november. Trust me, I'm losing patience and I can't wait to go to court and make them pay, because I'm clearly the victim and have all evidence proving so. I want them to pay me my money back and I don't believe they should be entiltled my car in return. If they don't pay I want them put in prision for grand theft auto and damage to personal property and they'll have to pay me eventually.

Yeup, I'm trying my best to keep my cool. It's been tough, not to mention the kid bought another vehicle. I can't wait to see his emo *** face and his fat bitch mother in court.

whats it really need?</TD></TR></TABLE>
the turbo manifold needs to be re-welded on the second exhaust port and it needs to be re-tuned. I'm going to throw in a new driver side motor mount before it goes and the buyer will also have to take care of the passenger side CV boot. That's all.

yes, I have it, not with me, it's in NY. I drive a Dc5. I will NOT have it tuned, weld the minor crack on the manifold or fix the CV boot. I'm going to try and get a hold of a new motor mount though. Price is negotiable
