Default timing check

hey my timing is off a lil and I was bout to adjust it and was searching the form and noticed that I dont have the right connector I have a female connector not a male one

so do I just jump this one or what I dont have the male one that was said in the form

The pic is bad sorry, this one does not look like the right one but it is this same color, the plug should be plugged into a dead end blank connector with no wire coming out of the other end. The three wire scanner connector is probably right next to it so look for 5 wires on a blue connector, actually two connectors 2 & 3 wires each. Under the dash on the passenger side. There should be no foam around it also.

If you turn off all accesories, A/C and electrical loads and have the engine at operating temp. You really don't have to jumper the 2 pin connector.
different years have the 2 pin connector in different places.

If you want to be sure you have the timing set right you should.

sorry bout the chezy pic I also forgot to mention that I did an auto to manual swap in my 90 accord dx I posted a thread bout cant find this plug to check the cel code and someone mentioned that I may not have one and also if I didnt have one then how do I do the timing and and check the cel codes I dont see any other plugs that are blue I see some white ones and brown ones can someone do me the favor to post a pic of where it is and if it is in the cuts or not

I may be wrong, but I think on 90 Accords the cel was on the ecu. If not, you could look in the vacinity of this picture.

ya the cel light was on the actual ecu itself so then wat im screwed then but the ecu and items for my swap came off a 90 accord as well and it dont have the c el light on it
