hi guys, i just had my worst day in my life. i got pulled over and had my hood popped, the ******* officer wrote me for State Ref Cert for my B16A. and i dont have enough money to turn it back to stock, unwillingly, but i have to let my baby go. i love her alot. hope to find someone on here that can take good care for her for me. i just changed my oil last week!!! my tranny oil was changed few months ago with motul tranny oil, i also got a brand new distributor last month, the clutch master and slave cylinders were also changed two months ago. i heard the best would be someone from out of state(CA) like Arizona or some other states where the laws are not as strict as CA. im just asking for $7500 obo

Oh, if thats my case!!!! haha well but right now i cant even drive my car because the ticket says " removed the vehicle from the roadway immediately...."

I got that ticket too... he said i could only drive it home then can't drive it again until the ref cleared it.

I didn't drive it for about a month, then once i got the ticket I just paid the bail (it was $800 for me) and never saw a ref.

 

goddamn!!! 800!!!!. im screwed

 

Your not actualy suppose to sell that car because you got that ticket because it wont pass smog,Thats why you got the ticket in the first place.. Just a heads up... Goog luck...

 

well, if someone is willing to make it to pass or someone from out of state, form where the laws dont care as much. they may pick up the car, thats my intention and thats why im telling y'all the whole story. i dont have much money to deal with it at the moment. &gt;.&lt; but thx!

BUMP for a clean civic which i have put lots of wrench time into that runs extremely well. Someone pick this car up soon or i am going to put a type r motor in this bitch or a k motor and try to get it reffed. I already got my gsr hatch reffed so this shouldnt be that much of a problem.

My friend got pulled over for the same exact thing and same exact car but the coupe version with a JDM b16 92-95 SiR Motor. I hate California with these High *** taxes and strict *** emissions. i'd rather pay higher taxes that stricter emissions. good luck on this man, try to go to court and fight it?

 

If you're rich enough to fight it in court then you might as well not be driving a Honda/Acura to begin with
