When i bolted it back up it was a pretty stiff fit and when i drove the car it felt way more responsive in corners then when i had the bracket faced the other way.

Suspension Tech Swaybar on 92-95 civic

Should having the endlinks raised up make it harder for the sway bar to flex when in a corner or bump? and would this resistance cause any problems or harm to the subframe or other suspension components?

you're preloading the swaybar, it has less flex now...is that good or bad? i dont know

Co-sign, except we'd need to know the size of the swaybar to know if it's good or bad. If your using 18mm ( and I can only go off what I know from my '97 subframe being weak as hell ) Then you'll probably want to invest in the ASR brace. You're essentially placing a similar amount of stress on the subframe as if you were rounding a corner ( at whatever speed & angle that causes the swaybar to bend @ that angle ) except you're doing it all the time.
