Default Help choosing an axle replacement

I have a 95 cx hatch with a d16a6 in it. I need to replace one of my axles. Do I need an axle for a 95 cx, or an axle for the car my engine came out of? Or does it matter, I've heard B series axles are interchangeable, is this true for D series too? Thanks for the help.

Are you saying that B-series axles are compatible with my D-series transmission?

if that is what hes saying, he's a moron. B series axles will NOT work with a D series.
