Default WTF MATE??

alright heres the thing. i got some ef si hatch seats to put 89 dx hatch but the rails are waaay off. how do people get around this? i'v heard of people switching the seat pans, is that right? and if so how hard is this to do?

I put 91 CRX Si seats in my 91 Civic Std. and it sucked. Had to make brackets...

I have 88 dx seats in my 91 std that bolted in..... the only one that doesnt line up is the rear left. But i made a bracket for it. U might have to cut some carpet for the new holes..

The 88/89 seat pants rails are located differen't because they switched em around in 90/91 models, so if your si seats are out of a 90/91 si and your car is a 89 dx then theres the problem. All you gotta do is switch the seat pans, then you can use your 89 dx rails with the seat pans you swapped, it's not too bad but a pain in the but imo, but just be careful, you don't wanna rip any parts of the seat like i slightly did, but it's not noticable.
