W00t! 1997 R with 90K miles is $47,000.

Kidding...$25,125.00

Though....this doesnt take into account that only half are still on the road. So how would you adjust for that?

THere is something wrong with the site. They are adding the price of the low, average, and high retail.

I just about **** my pants when they said my mkiv was worth 59k. But no, it is worth around 31k which is in the ballpark (although a little high).

wtf? Maybe we should print these off and save them just in case something happens to our cars.

I actually got really excited since the other day I saw the KBB article about the ITR being destined to be a collectible car in the future. I didn't think it would start so soon though.

Email that to your insurance company, set your ITR as a "Pleasure" vehicle only driving it on the weekends with under 5k miles a year and get a rate of 400/6 months full coverage with 500 deductible I opted for a little more coverage so I'm paying a little more.

I wonder why they only mention the 2001 model year. It's as if the 1997's don't even hit the radar.

Check this thread: https://honda-tech.com/zerothread/1777801

Additionally, I found this: http://www.petersen.org/defaul...ution

It seems that this museum believes that these cars are an important part of history and what they call the "Tuner Revolution"

I thought you might find this interesting as well...

For what it worth, my bank would only give me 10,250 for a 98 with 90k.. and you are talking about a credit union my grandparents have been with for over 30yrs.. and i have had a car loan with them for the past 3 years and every payment on time.. banks were not to generous with me on this one at all.. but luckily i had some money saved up and had enough cash to cover the difference..
