Default Working on a FG

On an Si.....

Man, these things have a cramped engine bay!

#1 The oil filter is in a bad spot, hard to reach
#2 how do you get to the headers?
#3 does anything remove to give you better access to the headers/engine bay from the top?

Otherwise great car

you must remove the plastic cowl to get to the header

I heard if you remove the wheel, the oil filter is easier to get to. Didn't try it though.

the oil filter is just in a bad location.....go from the bottom and reach around the exhaust

Ah, so that cowl does remove?? Any DIY or anything on this?

Really? I didn't see any way to get my hand thru there. I usually go around the axle or control arm.

Sucks either way.

right between the rear cross member and the floor board, next to the exhaust.
