Default Low RPM idle

Well it's almost cold season here in Texas and my car is acting a little funny. When I'm at a deadstop, my idle is a little low I think. I don't know what a normal idle RPM would be but does anyone know?
My idle right now is around 600-800 rpm's at a deadstop. I have a 94 Civic Si hatch if that helps.
Thanks

which means you have a D16Z6 and the stock operating temperature idle is 700RPMs
