Default radio is not cooperating

so here is my dilemma...i have a 2002 accord. i left my sunroof open and it rained...i'm a genius i know..but anyhow, my radio didn't work for a while. finally i realized that perhaps it shorted. so i put in my security code and wa la...it worked great or so i thought. once i turn my car off and turn it back on again i get nothing from the radio. but if the car is already on and i pop the fuse back in, the radio works great. its' just when i turn the car off that everything goes weird..any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like something on the inside shorted out. Time for a replacement...

or if you dont feel like shelling it out, maybe you could wire a switch from that fuse to the dash
