How do i rotate to TDC with camshafts off

How do i rotate to TDC with camshafts off

Im doing valve seals, and cams have to be out for that. so now im ready to move on to the next cylinder,

how do i rotate to tdc so the valves are closed for the next cylinder without reinstalling the entire cam assembly

IF you have the cam out then all the valves are closed. I am not sure I understand your ?
