Default damage from riding on blown shocks?

im getting a full coilover system this summer, but my buddy has a set of 2.5 inch drop springs im gonna borrow until then. im guessing that my stock shocks on my 96 ek will ot last long...can i damage aything other than tires running on blown shocks?

i can deal with the bounce...

If you start bouncing out of control doing 70+, you can damage a lot of things. But other than that, just tires.

i think the stock shocks should be able to handle tein springs for an ok period of time...no?
