Default cade 9 need help cant seem to fix it.

ok good old code 9 ive seen it on every one of my swaps. now i have wired it correctly i know this but if you want to put check again you can i will probly do it many times unless there is another solution to this. i so code 9 is cylider no. 1 position sensor. located in the dizzy correct? and it is the 2 wires comming from the dizzy plug. blue/green and blue/yellow. now i understand that these need to be wired to c1 and c2 on plug c of coarse and cannot figure out why the code wont go away. i have reset the ecu also. and still it did not help. any suggestions for me.
