Default Anyone in Bay Area (San Francisco) know of any good automotive electricians???? Got about 4 things t

You guys are the only ones I trust for this kind of advice. I have all sorts of problems electrically since my car was stolen and I am done trying to figure any of it out. So if anyone knows somebody that is good with electrical stuff please let me know. Usually I do work on my own car, but at this point I just want things to be done right and I know when to bow out when I've already tried numerous times.

Things i need to get fixed:

-jdm fogs dont work
-heater doesnt turn on
-radiator fan doesnt turn on
-alarm hacked up

Most likely I am going to need them to come to me because my car is uninsured at the moment. I am willing to pay $100 bucks to fix this list and a box of beer. I dont care if you fix it in 10 minutes or whatever as long as I dont have to hurt my back trying to figure this out.

And if they can fix my hood cable i'll throw in another 30 bucks I know it isnt electrical but I would love to get this fixed also.

I'll pay for parts too if they need to come from the dealer. But I do have some of the tools necessary.

-soldering iron
-shrink tubing
-wire stripper

Hahahah i know i know.....seriously if I didn't try each one of these things multiple times I would be the last person to pay someone to work on my car. But honestly I dont want to deal with it anymore. I'm sick of driving around with these things not working and I dont care to spend any more hours swearing at the car like a crazy crackhead.

The way I figure it.... "Mo Money...Mo Problems"

So if I invert that.....130 dollars less in my wallet should relieve my problems!!!

Less money....less problems!!!! GENIUS!!!

I will be honest. I have checked the fuses that I think are correct. I have checked the wiring. So honestly I dunno wtf is going on.

The thing is if I was the one to make it not work I could probably figure it out. But the fact that my car was in the hand of thieves with a combined IQ of about 20 for five days and they hacked wires that they didnt even need to. THey did the opposite of a clean theft job and I am left with the mess.

I dont want to trouble shoot this again. Seriously I want to pay for these things to go away. I'm fat and my back hurts from bending over the car and it wont get any better looking at wiring under the dash. I am pretty good when it comes to doing my own mechanical stuff. But for some reason electrical is not my thing. Maybe it was that time I electricuted myself

Either way.......someone come help my *** please. I'll make it 150 and a box of beer.

I would help you but you have to drive down to my house or work which is about a hour north of sf. I just don't have the time with work and school to drive to sf.

The fan shouldn't be that hard to fix, let me take a look at the helms and I will tell you what to test to help you troubleshoot it.

The fan shouldn't be that hard to fix as long as you have a volt meter.

First start by checking the fuses 41, 39 and 33 under the hood. There is also a fuse 13 that should be checked that is under the dash.

If those are all good check out the radiator fan relay which is located under the hood. When the power and ground are connected there should be continuity between leg A and C. There should be no continuity when the power is disconnected.

If that is good then you need to check continuity between all the wires and make sure all the grounds are good.

If all the wires are good you need to check the fan itself by connecting power to terminal B and ground to terminal A. If the fan comes on it is good, if not replace it.

If everything is good the last thing you need to check is the Engine Coolant Temp (ECT) Switch. If this switch is bad the fan will not come on because there will be no ground. If you think this is what is causing the problem you can check it by taking it out and putting it in coolant that is 91 to 96 celsius and you should get continuity between terimal A and B.

If you have any questions just shoot me a pm, goodluck.
