I searched and it's commonly requested but never answered.

Honing stone: GC-600-J for nonferrous metals
Pressure: 200-300 kPa (28-43 PSI)
Honing RPM: 45-50
Honing thickness: Less than .02mm. Do not hone more than 20 cycles
Honing lubricant: oil type
Roughness of finished surfaces: 1.2S
Honing pattern: 60 degree cross hatch

 

It's answered in the helms manual. Good info though... I'll add this to the FAQ's.
