Default wats a better tranny

i have a gsr engine, but i dont have a tranny and i wanna know wat the better tranny between b16, b18b, or the stock gsr tranny

What are you using the car for, and whats planned if anything?

Cable B16 tranny is nice. The rare cable GSR tranny would be even nicer. They run about $500 though.

i was told that the cable GSR trans casings can accept the newer B series gearsets.

cough cough, type R gears+lsd, cough cough

gsr trannies have dual synchros in second and third gear I believe on the 94+ trannies so if your gonna beat on it this willhelp you in the future but itr trannies have dual synchros in all gears + you get better gear ratios+ you get lsd

For N/A GSR

I think you best bet would be to get a cabe B16 trans if you stay cable...but either way you are going to have a hard time tracking down trans for cheap

Havn't I already given you the longer gears for boosted cars is bad lecture?

LS is good for one thing, saving gas.
