HEY IM TRYING TO ADJUST MY TPS WITH VOLTAGE METER WHAT IS THE VOLTAGE IM SUPPOSED TO GET

POINT FIVE VOLTS CLOSED, FOUR POINT FIVE WIDE OPEN.

Oh, and lose the damn caps.
