okay i pretty much read the whole thread in the forced induction section on mahle pistons and i have a few questions...i just bought a set but i dont know if they are the ones that fit the h22a without sleeving it...do all mahle pistons fit the h22a without sleeving it? also what is the problem with using the rings that are included with the pistons?

Only the Gold series. I hope that's what you bought.

no i know what i bought but i didnt know that mahle made two different types of pistons for the h22a...i tried calling them and never got through and everything i read only said that they made one set...but i guess i didnt do enough research...but what about the whole thing with the rings?

 

why wouldnt you be able to use their rings with their pistons?

 

Mahle only makes the frm compatible Gold Series pistons for the h22.

 

In two different sizes

 

use the mahle thread and call whomever you ordered the pistons from.
