Problem on my DA..think u know anything about it

Default Problem on my DA..think u know anything about it

i have a 91 Da with an LS for right now...but after im driving for awhile it feels like im only driving on 2cys. i mean i'll give it gas and it boggs out and then after like 3/3500 RMP it will start running right again one of my friends said it could be the Dristrib. but im not sure think you can help?

compression test it, if it comes out good check your plugs/wires

lol im havin the same problem wit my DA9 it has the b18a1 and its not the dristribtor because mine just went out and i replaced it so its not that and ill let u know when i fix it because i'm gettin my injectors cleaned by this shop and that what it might be but i wont know 4 sure until i get it done ill let u know if it works but if u already found the problem let me know and ill do the same

Thanks my friend said he thinks its with the dristubitor but i dont think so and idk where i can get a compression test done at...

My guess is the ignition coil or ignitor. But I would check the plugs and wires first, cause its free to do so. Make sure there isnt any oil at the end of your plug wires where it meets the plugs. If there is, then you have seals under your valvecover that go around the plugs that are letting oil in and shorting your spark to the cylinders.

There are so many possible causes, we are just taking shots in the dark really.

i bought NGK spark plug wires brand new ones i put new spark pulgs in i have a new valve cover gasket that came with the rings your talking about im going to try that but i rear ended someone so im going to get the front end back together before i ever do anything...but thanks for the ideas hopefully it will be one of these things

Almost definitely ignition-related, but since it involves throttle, dont discount the TPS...grab a Helms and a multimeter and you can check everything on the ignition and TPS per specs...good luck
