Will I be able to get more low end power and touque out of my D16y8 by using a DC 4-2-1 header with a Greddy SP2?

 

low end do u mean like from 1000-2500rpm's? if so the answer would be no or such a little amount u wont be able to tell. u will be able to tell high end and mid range wise from like 3000-7000.

 

im just lookin to make my DD more enjoyable to drive without revving it too high..

 

bump? Also will it be loud since the SP2 is a straight through muffler?

 

bolt on's arent going to give you any noticeable low end grunt, especially on a d16.

 

yeah you either need small turbo,engine swap thats not b16(low end wise the b16 is nearly the same) u could lighten your car up by taking things out that arent necessary. thats pretty much all i can tell u. bolt ons wont do much low end wise hell they will hardly do any high end.
