I emailed passwordJDM to see if they were planning on making a lip for the FG. I emailed them particularly, becuase they have good taste (i like the lips they've made/remade for 92-95s and 96-00 civics)...

Just thought I'd share my info with you folks (looks like i'll hold out longer for the HFP lip kit for now)

you'd be good to make your own CF or ABS plastic front lip for the 06+ Civic
coupes (and sedans I suppose as that market grows after the Si sedan comes
out)

but yeah, I suggest you folks make one cuz all these other companies out there
are making some bullshit front lips.... the only lip out there worth a damn is the
HFP front lip, I want something different + quality ... like what you folks have
made and have pictured in this thread (for the 5th gen, 6th gen 96-98 and 99-00)

is this something you folks are already in the process of, taking into consideration?
I'm sure you guys can tell that by your sales on the yellow fog lights for the FG

Yes we are going to make a FG lip but everything takes time to get

It's a real pleasure to read that you folks will be making one, and of course, with good products comes a lengthy R&D, understandable.

However, any idea, ball park of when he public could expect to see the lip for sale on the site?

i know what R&D stands for, so my response was to the R&D team (i guess team being implied, like of like a 1 in front of the variable 'x' in math)

Haha. I understood you man. I was just messin with you. I can't wait to see this lip. I have been waiting for them to make one ever since I ordered my car. I guess it will be worth the wait though. Let me know if they send you any pics/sketches.

 

i just dropped my car off at Seibon on Monday for 3 weeks.. the guy there told me they were gonna throw a lip kit on it for Sema...... he didnt mention exactly which kind of lip kit....... but ill be sure to let u guys know when i get it back. im crossing my fingers seibon throws a cf one on there.. to go with my hood and trunk their giving me.. that'd be siiiiiiiick
