i went 9.7 qith that same turbo and that same power, but i was reving to 10.5 not 9000

 

would reving that little bit more make it go that much faster??

 

If your shifts fall out of the power band, yes.

When I went testing with the white civic I was shifting at 8900rpm. This past weekend I started shifting at 9000 and was running in the 10.6-10.8 range. I raise the limiter to 9350 and banged off the 10.39 on the next pass.
