OEM tire size is 195/55 15, but there are more choices in the 195/65 15 sizes. Will 195/65 clear? My car isnt dumped, but id say is dropped about 1.5in

with my car lowered about 1.5" in the winter and running 195/60/15s it rubs at wheel locks, not over bumps or anything though, so a 65 aspect ratio will definately rub at locks, but i doubt it will over bumps.
