Default pistons pr4-p72

Hey guys i need to know if pr4 pistons are different than p72 pistons
or are they the same, I have heard both so i'm trying to figure it out
thanks any help is appreciated.

pr4 pistons have zero dome compared to p72's

so if i threw some p72's in my ls would it bump up my compression
because i have 4 p72's layin in the garage

Not worth the labor/time. Do it if they're in better condition and you're already doing a rebuild.
