need youre oppinion
im thinking of getting a nice header, but my question is ...
which do i get?
i have a 5-zigen exaust and AEM cai
should i get a 4-2-1 or 4-1 header??
i do whant a bit more midrange power but if the power gains are much different
i would consider going for a 4-1
can anyone give me some input please?

4-1 JDM Honda header... "best bang for the buck" (in my opinion)
OEM parts seem to fit a little bit better...

If you're sticking to I/H/E, I think everyone will agree, with the Great Header Test as proof, that you should stick to either the DC JDM or JDM 4-1 header.

Unfortuantely, ap-engineering's site is down, so I cannot post the JDM DC vs. Stock graph from the great header test
sack-who pages those who saved the charts.
A USDM has a 2.25" collector while the JDM has a 2.5" collector.
You can buy an aftermarket header in either size or the Honda OEM JDM.
Generally if you plan to mod your car past I/H/E at all a JDM-sized header will do you best.

also depends how much you are willing to spend. there are lots of great headers out there, like Toda, Mugen,Spoon , Hytech and SMS but they all cost over 800 .
and there other like dc jdm , and the itr jdm 4-1 that cost below 500 . is just up to you and what you really want most .top end or mid
