need help in choosing company/product to c whats the best bang for my buck
planning on getting the follwing:

Car: 1989 civic sedan with b-series (b16a, siR)
Only other engine upgrades are: 2.5 inch downpipe, Megan Racing N-1 muffler, cold air intake, pr3 ecu

1. need cams (b-series)
2. fuel pressure regulator
3. fuel rail + injectors
4. headers
5. new cold air intake

and how can i increase compression?
