CC still not working

CC still not working
i tested all the inputs / outputs on the CC unit and it still wont engage. heres what i checked:
clutch switch works
brake switch works
set resume cancel works
power switch works.
CC light in dash works.
all fuses are good.
i took the actuator w/ computer out and everythign looks fine.
what do i do? where can i get a actuator / computer for it less than the dealer?

didnt you have a VSS code?? you may have a bad VSS causing the cruise control to be inop email me for pinpoint tests if you need them...
