Has anyone ever tried using The WRAP?

Looks like it has better security features than just the regular clubs with sound alarm and providing more coverage on the steering wheel. I'm just curious about the structure itself though - looks plastic rather than a hard solid steel. Anybody here uses it?? What's your experience
