window wont go up

window wont go up

the window on my civic will not in all the way up. it gets stuck like 2 inches from the top and makes a loud popping noise. what could i do to fix it? thanks in advance

I have a 1990 Lx sedan and my window won't go down! can't stunt with my arm hangin' out the window
