Default Skunk2 lowering springs

i just bought skunk lowering springs for my AP1. i was wondering which ones go in the front and which ones go in the rear. there were really no instructions on this. I know i know i bought lowering springs....blah blah...But they'll hold me over till i get real dampers and they were only $142.

I have them as well, and I think it's a perfect drop for the AP1.

I run them too, and have no complaints at all. The drop is nice and they ride great. They will be getting swapped out soon though for something adjustable and with the ability to go lower

I loved slammed cars, but I'm more than happy with the drop the skunk2's give my Ap1. I think it's perfect!

Thankfully S2000s do not require them

so if you just put on lowering springs (1" - 2" drop), you don't need a camber kit. The S2000 has a factory camber adjustment? If you go lower than 3" you will need an after market kit right?

I just drop mines with skunk2 springs I didn't expect how it would turn out to be, it still has like a 2 1/4 finger gap I was expecting like 1 1/2 finger gap on the fronts, the back is one finger gap. Yours look pretty slam did you cut a coil or two? or it would settle in about week or two to get that slam that I want on the fronts.

No. Why would I cut a coil or two? No way.

It depends on which springs you put in front and which you put in back. I put the soft ones up front and the stiff springs in the back. The stiff ones are the thicker ones with more coils. This is what the skunk2 tech told me to do...but I think it was the wrong way around.

I don't have them anymore. It's on KW V3s now and I'm elitist and think I'm better than EVERYBODY ever since I got them. Mainly cuz they're awesome...awesome like me.

This thread is really old, BTW.

back in the day buffet.

and today

The car actually sits higher than that today. That was a bit too low for me. As a matter of fact, the front drop of the skunk2 springs was a bit too low for me too. The back was way high.

It's about .75'' or so taller than the second picture as it sits today.

Not sure if you can see the difference here....it's just a wicked awesome picture.
