Default Help Car wont go in gear

i just put a new stage 4 xtd clutch in my car and it ran and drove fine after instalation. then i just go my license back today so i took it to meet my friends somewhere and it drove fine there prolly bout 10 miles. then when i was leaving i went out to my car and it started fine but when i went to put it in reverse it grinded then i tried 1st through 5th and it wouldnt go in gear but did not grind. there is still pressure on the clutch pedal so i dont think its the throw out bearing. could it be that the clutch just isnt disengaging far enough? i tried turnin the car off puttin it in reverse then stating it and it jumped backwards. any suggestions

its time to take the tranny down and figure out what happend, first i would check the fluid level, second i would check the linkage third i would check the clutch cable why did you put a stage 4 clutch in your car just to be curious im not being a dick
