2000 Integra Type R with K20z1
The original ITR number is 81. Car is registered in LA and may be sold out of state if the buyer shows enough interest.
44K miles on the Chassis, ~8k miles on K20z1
Ive owned the car for the past 4 years, has a very clean title.

there was a guy trying to sell his nbp itr on autotrader three months ago, with jdm front end and k20 swap and he couldn't sell it for his asking price of 22k. maybe if you wait for the right buyer you can but we all know modified ITR's don't hold their value as well as a stock ITR's, whether or not it hs a K20. I think most people can agree with this.

Im not sure, I want to sell. because my R is strictly a weekend vechile now.
I do think its crazy when people sell hatch backs for 15k with k20s in them..

i would pay 20k for it if i had cash in hand, but i dont think any bank would give you a 20k loan for a type r. maybe im wrong though. none the less that car is amazing.
Let's step back for a second here.
If you went to look at a car, and it was on its 3rd or 4th motor, is that the kind of thing that would make you want to pay more than the car's value, or less?
You don't get back the value of the mods, and Rs with tons of mods on them (like cars in general) are harder sells than stockers.
As far as me personally, I'd never buy a K20'd ITR...but if I was in the market, I wouldn't pay more than 18K. Adding value to a car because you ripped out the original motor != reality. It's all about finding the right buyer...but people who want K20'd ITRs are either EG-driving dreamers, or have built their own already.
Best of luck to you, hopefully this car will go to someone who will be able to truly enjoy it.
