Default bad fuel injectors

I have a stock 94 Integra RS with almost 250k miles. The fuel injectors on the 3 and 4 have gone out. Any ideas on why? I dont want to put new ones in if this is going to keep happening. Is there any reason that two would die at the same time?

they break over time. i had to replace my cylinder #1 injector at 120,000 miles. not big deal. its really easy and you can find them used for dirt cheap on these forums.

if you do happen to use obd2 injectors (i bought a set by accident) you just have to file down the plastic tabs in order for it to snap into the harness. they will work perfectly after you file them down. but try to get obd1 injectors because it is less work.

i bought a set of 4 on team-integra.net for $10 shipped last yr. check it out, there are always people that upgraded their injectors and have the stock ones lying around.
