From the intake, there is a little nozzle connected to a hose that is currently connected to the valve cover, where a breather filter would go-- however, when stock the nozzle is split up into two hoses, the one that goes towards the head, again where the breather filter would go, and another one that runs down lower--

where does this hose go?
what can come from leaving it unplugged- exposed to the junk in the engine bay?
and thirdly, does unplugging this hose affect mpg in any way?

i know exactly what your talking about...however i can't find you a detailed picture to show you...i'll try again tomorrow, but i think you should be ok with having it detached, because i installed a cai on my friends integra and we left it off and it runs fine. the kit came with a new line to install in that area so we took it out.
