H22a swap issues

EDIT*** FIXED - Read on for info!! Car is running great now!
Well I just finished my swap. H22a4 into my 92 Lude Si 4ws. I used an H23a harness, JDM OBD1 injectors, Distributor Kings H22a1 Dizzy, Stock H22a4 coil, and removed the A4 crank sensor. Did the manual tensioner conversion. Removed balance belt. Removed EGR. And have tried both my JDM H22a ECU and my chipped ECU.
Will not start.
Triple checked timing (definatelly correct)
Getting fuel to the Rail for sure.
Added 5 gallons of fresh 93 octane fuel.
Changed plugs, rotor and tried different wires.
Ground by the thermostat is good for sure
Cleaned battery terminals and body ground.
Double Checked for Spark to all 4 cyl.
Turns over great. Sounds like it should - just not starting
Any advise?
I tried to search = it was down
Thanks in advance.

I pulled the plugs - tested all 4 and have good spark to them all. I am throwing CELs when I try to use my P13. I have removed EGR and KS. My chipped ECU has them eliminated.

My thought is that the H22a4 coil is somehow different than the H22a coil. I am using the H22a4 cause it had the same plug and when researching part numbers it appeared they were the same. But I am trying to find an H22a1 coil now.

Well I got here running. Thanks to everyone here. Turned out to be something called a dead plug. This is a picture of the "Dead Plug" that was the culprit then entire time. You notice the "plug/cap" that is what was missing from the harness. I simply removed one from my other harness. It acts as a sort of jumper for 2 sets of 4 wires. It has 8 wires total and all are the black/yellow color
