"here ya go" is Dozo. Dozo can be used as "please" (polite, formal request), too.
When you use Domo by itself, it is very casual, shorter version of thank you very much. Depends on who you are talking to, you need to choose which one to use. Domo (casual), Arigato (casual thank you), Domo Arigato (casual Thank you very much), Domo Arigato Gozaimasu (formal Thank you very much). I will charge you for a Japanese lesson next time
