any differnce between a p30 and itr head?
The ITR head is basically just a factory-ported P30 head with different cams and dual valvesprings on the intake side. That's why a P30 head on a GSR block is called a "poor man's Type R".

flat dual valve springs on intake and standard (round coil) dual valve springs on exhaust to be exact...

still a poor mans type r cause you dont have the high compression pistons with the moly coating. lite weight rods etc...
